I am surprised that I still get surprised at the stupidity that goes on in the world today. Whether it is a minor personal annoyance or a global event, I am beginning to think I should be running the world.
I would really like someone to explain to me why some of this ridiculous stuff exists. Maybe then I can sleep better at night.

Manhole Covers
Why don't they make the manholes in the centre of the driving lane so that one's tires don't bounce over them every 20 feet or so? It doesn't make any sense.
