Canada's Voluntary Census Fails

StatsCan's voluntary survey drew a response rate of only 68 per cent, not the 95 per cent and more that the mandatory long-form census routinely elicited.  Are you really surprised?  Read the story here:

    We knew this would happen. Obviously Harper has no interest in his family tree or he would know how important the censuses are. Does he have something to hide?
